The rich in particular appreciated value over time. Number three is the land, here's the deal, if there's only one truly scar resource it's the land on planet Earth.
We know exactly how much livable land there is. Even if we were to build artificial island like they did in the Dubai, that would be very expensive. According to the United States Department, back culture prices for agricultural land have gone up by twelve months and they've been going up since land high demand right now because our entire world has changed here.
Historically, we have been tied up to the workplace. First the farm, then the factory, then the office. For the first time in human history, the chain has been broken. People now realize they can work from absolutely anywhere. Why spend one hundred times the amount of money to buy land in the suburbs? When you have the grid tech innovation happening in the market, you are literally free to live, work and move wherever you want.
Land is probably one of the best investments for the next fifty years. Number four, Swiss franc or other superior currencies, it is shocking to us how uncomfortable the USA population is when it comes to using different currencies through a ton of marketing effort.
For some reason, they convinced the dollar is the number one currency in strength and value. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case for decades, but the illusion still lives on. Not only are there plenty of other strong currencies out there, the U S dollar has been one of the most diluted distributed, and neglected currencies of all.
The U S has been printing and shipping containers filled with US dollars to the Middle East while maintaining a strategic position. Whenever they needed to buy some political force over, they simply printed additional money and fool it over cargo planes. When your government is corrupting other governments with cash, maybe it is time to look at other currencies.
